Emmorton Dance

 Patron Ads must be turned in to your dance instructor by March 3, 2012 with this completed form  and payment. (cash or checks: Payable to Emmorton Recreation)

We will not accept any ads after this date!

 Recital is scheduled for May 4th and May 5th.              There are 4 different shows so there will be 4 separate programs.

It is important to read all the details to ensure we get your ad in the correct program.

ALL ADS AND PHOTOS ARE PRINTED IN BLACK AND WHITE INK

PRICE PER PROGRAM: ( measurement are approximate and may very with borders)

*We may need to adjust font size to accommodate your ad.

The money raised from the patron ads goes towards our recital costs.

• Ads will be placed only  in the program(s) for the recital you choose.
• If you want your ad in all 4 programs,  indicate that on form and multiply the cost ad by 4. Send any images to email listed below.
•  Photo ads :can only  be on 1/2 page or full page. Photos must be emailed  as listedbelow.
• Business cards and  business ads,  photos and clip art must all be submitted digitally to email listed below.

Must be sent via email as a .jpg to the address listed below that correspond to the show you want your ad in.  The email must also include:                                   

Dancers Name   *  Phone and email  * Instructor and Show # * Ad size and number of programs.
