Read details and view schedule below.  You will be directed to The Studio Director to complete registration.

New users will be asked to create an account. 

You will be directed through each process.

Details and Instructions:

** Make sure you have signed up for email communication on our Home page of this website. This is the main communication source we use.

1. To view the schedule of dance classes, click here. Main Rec.2009-2001.  Red listing indicates classes are FULL

2. Go to registration page, click here. You will be asked to create your account . (or open existing account)

 3. Add student or students.

4. Choose classes for student or students. ** Double check class and instructor, as more than one teacher may work on the same night.

 5. Payment process is completed with credit card.

Rec Dancers: Choose one time payment

Dance Team Dancers: Have to choose one time payment or recurring payment option.

To pay with cash or check:

If you need to pay with cash please take to Emmorton Recreation Council. Place in an envelope with name, phone number, class day and time. Email emmortondance@emmortondance.com  with how payment will be made.

Costume fee is $40.00 per class/per dancer.

 Payment and Fundraiser

COSTUME PAYMENT:                 ** NEW THIS YEAR

Costume fees will be posted to your account the beginning of October. You will get an email notification and can pay on-line or to your instructor within given deadline. If you plan to participate in the fundraiser, you need to mark this on your registration form.

NOTE: Parent and child class, child dances in recital so costume fee due.

CANDY BARS:

CHANGES THIS YEAR FROM HERSHEY:

 30 LARGE SIZE in box $2.00 each 

Sell:

1 box of Candy - you get half off 1 costume $20.00.
2 boxes of Candy - you get 1 FREE costume.
3 boxes of Candy - you get 1 FREE costume + $20.00 off your 2nd costume.
4 boxes of Candy - you get 2 FREE costumes.

Candy is to be picked up at dance studio on the 1st day of class.

** NOTE CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR: Post-dated check  for 10/31/09 or post dated charge, must be given to pick up candy.  You will keep all of the  money you collect and payments will be processed on 11/1/09.~ IF YOU WANT TO PAY WITH CASH AND VOID CHECK OR CHG; Money must be turned in by 10/23 ~ .

You will receive $5.00 towards your costume fee for every item you sell. 8 items sold = 1 FREE costume!
 
JC brochures will be handed out the 1st day of class and on candy handout dates. 

Order / Collection envelopes are due back to your instructor by 10/31. DELIVERY on 11/18 between 5:30 - 8:00 PM.

Note: Cash payment or only one check for full payment written to Emmorton Recreation Council, with dancers name and class time in the memo area.
